Terms of service

By placing an order with Desaiel, you acknowledge:

 All items are curated secondhand/vintage pieces. By purchasing, you acknowledge that items may show minor signs of wear due to age.

 All orders will be processed within 3–5 working days. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

All prices are listed in SGD and are subject to change without prior notice. Items are sold on a first come, first served basis and availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.

Local orders are shipped via NinjaVan with tracking. International orders are shipped via Singapore Post and may be subject to customs fees, duties, or tariffs depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay may result in the parcel being returned to us.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of our vintage items.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or any external factors once parcels have been dispatched.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our site and services means you agree to any changes
